Computer science fair to return to Stratford

GADGET lovers will be in their element when the annual computer science fair returns to Stratford.

King Edward VI School (KES) is hosting its Recursion Fair on Saturday February 17 in the school’s Levi Fox Hall between 11am and 3pm.

The fair will showcase the work taking place in the computing field at KES and in the wider community, and visitors will be able to take part in workshops, challenges and competitions.

Activities will be on offer for all ages including app or game building, coding, making robots, a Robot Wars challenge and a chance to try out the latest gadgets, electronic kits and virtual reality headsets.

And with its nod to ‘the good old days’ the Retro and Enthusiast Arena will offer a slice of nostalgia for more senior computer users.
