A CHARITY Christmas card shop has popped up in Stratford in time for the festive season.
Cards For Good Causes has opened its doors at the library in Henley Street and is well stocked with Christmas cards supporting a host of good causes.
As well as cards, there are also advent calendars, gifts, gift wrap, stationery and homeware for sale.
Funds will go to over 80 local and national charities.
Over the last decade, Cards For Good Causes has raised more than £20 million for a network of over 100 charities, including NSPCC, RSPCA, WaterAid, Shelter, Carers UK and The Ramblers. In addition, they’ve contributed over £2.5 million to local churches, libraries and community projects.
The full range of cards is also available online at www.cardsforcharity.co.uk
Christine Ansell, CEO of Cards for Good Causes, said: “Each card and gift purchased in our shops makes a real difference. Not only do you support the charities we work with, but you also help keep community spaces, such as Stratford Library, alive by shopping locally.”
