A FESTIVE evening of carols and readings is set to bank cash for Shipston Home Nursing.
Strictly Come Carolling takes place at Holy Trinity Church in Stratford on Saturday December 2.
The fundraiser will see Anton Lester, one of the UK’s best-loved actors and patron of Shipston Home Nursing, entertain the audience with readings from Charles Dickens’ ‘A Christmas Carol’.
The carols will be conducted by Julian Harris, founder and conductor of the Saint James’s Singers and the Banbury Choral Society.
All cash raised will be divided between Shipston Home Nursing and the Royal Orthopaedic Charity.
Doors open at 7pm for a 7,30pm start.
