BUDDING scientists from King Edward VI School recently put on an explosive display.
Pupils from Welcombe Hills visited the school to join sixth form students Tazmin Chape, Charles Cook, Emerald Liu, Charlotte Loyer, Hannah Rahim, Archie Watt and Hannah Wilke
Experiments included using mentos and coke to make a geyser effect, making slime and dyeing celery with food colour.
And the flame tests which involved creating colourful flames using chemicals, proved one of the most popular experiments among the pupils.
