AN EXHIBITION showcasing more than 700 artworks is currently being held in Stratford.
The display of works from Stratford Art Society range from oil and watercolour to pastel and acrylic, and include glass and ceramic works.
The free exhibition is running now until Monday August 28 at King Edward VI School, Chapel Lane from 10am to 6pm.
Some of the members will be holding demonstrations, while budding artists are invited to put their skills to the test.
The original works are available to buy and a cake and a cuppa are also on offer during the weekend until 4pm.
Also for sale are the winning entries to the design a Christmas card competition, which will help boost funds for the society’s chosen charity – Stratford Cancer and Eye Hospital.
