SMASH hit production Evita is set to blow away audiences at the Birmingham Hippodrome.
Bill Kenwright’s production of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita, is taking to the Birmingham stage from Tuesday March 20 to Saturday March 24, as part of a nationwide tour.
The story follows the journey of Eva Peron – wife of former Argentine dictator Juan Peron – from humble beginnings through to extraordinary wealth, power and iconic status.
Musical theatre’s Madalena Alberto returns to the role of Eva – which she received critical acclaim for in the 2014 West End revival – and Gian Marco Schiaretti as Che.
Featuring best loved classics Don’t Cry For Me Argentina, You Must Love Me, Another Suitcase in Another Hall and more, the hit show promises to be the theatrical event of the year.
