DAVID Walliams will be meeting young fans in Stratford.
The comedian turned best-selling children’s author will be talking about his career as a writer and taking questions from fans in the Swan Theatre on Saturday November 9.
Celebrating the RSC’s new musical The Boy in the Dress, David will read an extract from his book before talking to Rufus Hound, who plays Dennis’s Dad in the show, about the world of characters and stories he has created. Youngsters will then get a chance to put their questions directly to David.
The event starts 11am. After the talk there will be an exclusive book signing.
Tickets cost £20 for the first ticket in a party, then £5 for one additional ticket. The £20 tickets includes a tenth anniversary edition of The Boy in the Dress, which David will sign after the talk. Because of the popularity of the event, David will only be able to sign books issued with the tickets.
