PHOTOGRAPHERS are invited to snap nature at Warwickshire’s country parks as part of a new competition.

The Warwickshire Country Parks Photography Competition is challenging residents to capture nature through the seasons at the county’s ten country parks, greenways and nature reserves.

The 12 best photos will be picked to represent each month of the year in the new Warwickshire Country Parks Calendar, with an overall winner also featuring on the front cover.

All winners will receive a copy of the calendar, and the overall winner will be offered a special tailored VIP park experience with their family or friends.

Mark Ryder, Executive Director for Communities at Warwickshire County Council, said: “Our country parks and greenways have so much to offer, with each site bringing something unique in terms of its ecology, facilities and environment.

“We hope you’ll join us in capturing these valued green spaces.”

Images must have been taken at one of Warwickshire’s ten country parks, greenways and nature reserves in the past three years.

The competition is open until September 6.
