THOUSANDS of people flocked to enjoy the 75th Kenilworth Show.

The agricultural show, which is held in the showgrounds opposite Stoneleigh Park, saw a packed programme from bikers to award-winning farm animals.

It is organised by Kenilworth and District Agricultural Society and this year hosted more than 100 stalls, a craft area and an education area.

Show director Charlie Weetman said: “This year’s show was another great success and I would like to thank everyone who came along to celebrate our 75th anniversary with us.

“Everyone involved with the show works tirelessly to ensure the event goes ahead and I’m very proud of everyone associated for the hard work they put in over the last year to make it possible.

“The show continues to grow and grow, but informing and educating about agriculture is still at the heart of what we offer. I think the show delivered brilliantly on that front again this year.

“To reach 75 years is a fantastic achievement and we hope the show will continue to expand and be a highlight in the Coventry and Warwickshire events calendar for many years to come.”
