ARTISTS in Stratford have used their talents to help patients at Stratford Hospital..
Members of the Stratford Art Society raised £1,000 for the Stratford Hospital Cancer and Eye Appeal after it held a Christmas card competition.
The three winning designs were printed and sold and the funds donated to Friends of Stratford Hospital.
President Michael Culverwell said: “We were delighted that our cards were so popular and hope to repeat the competition next year to continue our fund-raising efforts for this very important facility.”
The new hospital opened last summer and fundraising continues to help make enhancements and provide equipment for patients.
