NINE Stratford Riding Club members competed in the Area 5 British Riding Club dressage competition at Princethorpe, where Wendy Ellis-Smith rode Viva to second place.
Competitors rode tests from preliminary to elementary and there were a diverse group of horses, from small cobs to big warmbloods.
All Stratford members rode well and supported each other, despite the hot weather and annoying horseflies, with Ellis-Smith’s effort the highlight.
