A 27-year-old man from Stratford has been charged with rape.
Douglas Baddams of Percy Street appeared before Warwickshire Magistrates Court on Tuesday (September 8) charged with two counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault.
It follows an incident in the town on Sunday (September 6).
Baddams has been remanded in custody until December 15.
