A MOTORCYCLIST died following a crash with a van and a car near Stratford on Saturday afternoon (May 3).
The rider became trapped beneath a car on the the A3400 near Pathlow caravan park around 4.30pm.
Emergency crews, including an air ambulance, attended the scene.
The rider was freed but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The drivers of the van and the car were uninjured, police said.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said the rider fell from his bike and got trapped underneath the car.

A MAN died after a car overturned on the M40 near Gaydon on Sunday morning (May 4).
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the crash on the southbound carriageway of the motorway, near to junction 12, shortly before 10.25am.
Two ambulances, a paramedic area support officer and a doctor were dispatched to the scene. The police and the fire service also attended.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “Crews arrived to find a car that had left the carriageway and had overturned in a ditch.
“The car had been carrying three occupants at the time of the incident. The driver of the car, a man, was immediately assessed by ambulance crews but unfortunately it quickly became apparent that nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed deceased at the scene.
“The front seat passenger, a man believed to be in his 30s, was trapped in the vehicle for a period of time. Ambulance crews worked closely with the fire service to safely extricate the man from the car. Fortunately on assessment the man appeared to have not sustained any obvious injuries.
“The rear seat passenger, a girl believed to be approximately seven years of age, was out of the vehicle on the crew’s arrival. She was assessed at the scene and was found to be uninjured.
“Due to the nature of the incident the front and rear seat passengers were conveyed to Horton General Hospital for further assessment, as a precaution.”
