SEVEN candidates are set to battle it out for a seat representing Stratford-on-Avon in the upcoming General Election.
Seyi Agboola from Coventry, is Labour’s prospective parliamentary candidate.
Kevin Taylor, the former Stratford mayor, will stand as an independent on July 4.
Chris Clarkson, the former Greater Manchester MP, is the Conservative candidate and Manuela Perteghella, who is currently a Stratford district councillor, is the Liberal Democrat candidate.
Doug Rouxel, from Stafford. is the Green Party’s candidate.
Reform UK is represented by James Crocker and Neil O’ Neil is from New Open Non-Political Organised Leadership (NONPOL).
Nadhim Zahawi, former Conservative MP for Stratford, announced last month he would not be standing for re-election at the next General Election.
