STRATFORDIANS will be strutting their stuff to become the new face of the town.

Stratford Showcase is the creation of two of the town’s businesses – Gorgeous Obsession Boutique and clothing shop New Idle – and will be held at the Stratford ArtsHouse on July 28.

The evening will start at 7.30pm and feature fashion, beauty, dance and music. The winner of the ‘Face of Stratford’ competition will also be decided by the audience and guest judges Stratford Mayor Juliet Short, celebrity hairstylist Matthew Curtis and In2ambition’s chief executive Kufa Matiya.

Gorgeous Obsession owner Rachel Ngombe said: “Stratford is full of outstanding, creative, independent businesses that when brought together promise to give an evening to remember – the perfect way to announce the winner of the Face of Stratford.”

Tickets cost £15 and available from Gorgeous Obsession Boutique, New Idle and the Stratford ArtsHouse.
