T-SHIRTS, trinkets and cuppas served from the back of a taxi were just some of the goodies for sale at the Young Traders Market in Stratford.
Over 90 young market traders set up stall on Waterside over the bank holiday weekend.
They had all fought off tough competition from hundreds of fellow traders to make it through to the Young Traders Market Finals 2022.
And their wares included everything from arts and crafts to food and drink.
Hundreds of shoppers parted with their pennies during the two day event on Friday (August 26) and Saturday (August 27) with stall holders multi-tasking, whipping up new creations in front of customer’s eyes.
The Young Traders Market competition is now in its 10th year and is staged by the National Market Traders Federation (NMTF) – the only national organisation representing market and street traders.
The campaign is aimed at encouraging young people to come into the retail markets industry.
