MENTAL wellbeing charity Springfield Mind is providing free workshops to residents in Warwickshire.
They are aimed at individuals, small businesses and employees dealing with stress.
The free offerings follow surveys undertaken by the Stratford-based charity over the pandemic that showed:
– 60 per cent of adults and nearly 70 per cent of young people said their mental health got worse during lockdown.
– Young people are more likely to have experienced poor mental health during lockdown than adults.
– People with experience of mental health problems are more likely to see their mental health worsen because of coronavirus restrictions.
– Many without previous experience of mental health problems have experienced poor mental health during lockdown.
Workshops can be delivered face-to-face or online.
