Volunteers wanted to help improve county council website

Stratford Editorial 24th May, 2022   0

VOLUNTEERS are wanted to help improve Warwickshire County Council’s (WCC) website.

The council’s Web Team is looking for community-minded volunteers to ensure the site is user-friendly.

Volunteers are asked to complete two tasks on the website – reporting a flood and locating a school bus timetable – and briefly report on each. WCC says the whole process should take around 15 minutes.

Coun Andy Jenns, WCC’s spokesman for Customer and Transformation, said: “At Warwickshire County Council we are very proud of our digital offering of information and services and are always looking for opportunities to strive for continuous improvements.

“I hope as many residents as are able get involved in this exercise and help us to further improve the experience of our website for all residents.”

The feedback volunteers provide will be anonymous and they will not be asked for any personal information. Visit www.warwickshire.gov.uk/privacy for the full WCC privacy policy.
