Carriageway reopened after three vehicle M40 crash

THE CARRIAGEWAY has reopened after a three-vehicle crash on the M40 near Warwick.

Police and ambulance crews were called to Junction 15 Southbound, at around 7.15am this morning, after a crash involving an HGV, transit van and car.

Fire crews also attended to clear up a fuel spillage.

The driver of the van was cut free by the fire service before being treated for injuries not thought to be serious. The passenger was also treated for injuries not believed to be serious before both were taken to Warwick Hospital for further checks.




There are no further reports of patients.
