Three charged with theft and driving offences in Stratford

THREE men have been charged with theft and driving offences following two incidents in Stratford.

It follows two incidents on Birmingham Road in Stratford on Tuesday (June 30) and on Wednesday (July 1).

Thomas McDonagh, 25, of Alexandra Avenue, Harrow, Greater London was charged with two counts of theft from a shop.

James Ward, 22, of no fixed abode, was charged with two counts of theft from a shop.




Jonathan Ward, 25, of Slapton Road, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, was charged with two counts of theft from a shop, using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

All three were bailed to appear at Leamington Magistrates’ Court on August 28.
