A DECISION on controversial plans to stage a music festival for up to 10,000 revellers at Stratford Racecourse has been delayed again.
Stratford District Council’s planning committee was set to hold a second discussion earlier this month over plans for a three day ‘Stratford Tribute Festival’ at the Luddington Road racecourse due to objections over noise and traffic concerns.
The committee originally met in January to discuss the application from GB Holdings UK to host the event which will feature tribute acts from across the UK in August.
But a decision was not reached because planning officers decided they needed to hear further from the applicant over noise and traffic management.
The meeting has been delayed a third time until Wednesday March 25.
