A PERVERT exposed himself in broad daylight on a bench in Bidford.
A passerby spotted the man who was looking at his phone, while walking in woodland near to Welford Road, on Thursday (August 23) at around 2pm.
The woman who reported the incident to police, said the man noticed her but carried on and said nothing.
