PEOPLE across Coventry and Warwickshire can ‘get creative’ and boost their wellbeing by taking part in ‘pick me up’ online lunch and learn workshops every day this week.
Organised by ‘Arty-Folks’, the free sessions are being held from 12.15pm to 12.45pm daily today, tomorrow, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, October 4 to 8, in the run up to World Mental Health Day on Sunday, October 10.
Among the crafts on offer are wool, Qigong, creating with words, landscape drawing, and using aluminium drink cans to create beautiful objects.
They are open to everyone across Coventry and Warwickshire.

This year’s theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’.
Art offers an uplifting way of bringing people together and Arty-Folks passionately believe that by working together.
The group is aimed at bringing about a society where every person’s mental health is valued and supported.
