THE OBSERVATION wheel has returned to Stratford
Construction has begun days after Stratford District Council gave the go-ahead to Danter Attractions Limited to operate the controversial attraction on the recreation ground car park.
And it is set to return for the following two summers, from spring to October.
The plans received one letter of support and ten objections compared to the original wheel proposal last year which prompted more than 200 objections.
The wheel is expected to be turning again in time for Easter.
