EIGHT people will be turned over to Immigration Enforcement after jumping off a lorry near Wellesbourne.
Police arrested nine people on suspected immigration offences after reports of people getting out of the back of a lorry on the B4087 near Oakley Wood crematorium on Wednesday January 26.
A 21 year-old man has been released with no further action after being interviewed by police.
The others – two aged 42 and the other aged 44, 40, 34, 28, 27 and 18 – were taken into police custody before they are handed over to immigration officers.
