IT WAS lucky escape for a person trapped by a house fire in Shipston
Emergency services were called at around 10.30pm on Thursday (January 25) by a woman trapped in a bedroom of a home on Pittway Avenue.
Three fire engines rushed to the scene and found the fire on the upstairs landing of the end terrace home.
Crews tackled the flames and were able to rescue the caller, using breathing equipment to get to her.
