RESIDENTS in Loxley are the latest in the district to adopt a neighbourhood plan.
In total 118 residents turned out, with 102 voting in favour of the plan which sets out a vision for the future of the area and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally. Turnout was 40 per cent.
Neighbourhood plans are a key component of the Localism Act, which aims to devolve greater powers to councils and communities.
