A GRAVITY-defying zip-wire for teddy bears is returning to Coughton Court as part of a fundraising scheme.
Visitors are being encouraged to bring along their Paddingtons, Ruperts and Winnies and watch them jump from the tower roof as part of a £1million fundraising project for major restoration work on Coughton’s roof.
Harry Dingley, facilities and support services manager said: “We’re so excited to bring back our teddy zip-wire to Coughton this year.
“The last couple of years have been particularly challenging for the team at Coughton but the zip-wire was enjoyed by many so we thought it would be a great idea run this event again to raise funds for our roof project and enjoy some light-hearted fun at the same time.’
The zip-wire will be at Coughton Court on June 4-5, as well as every Thursday throughout the school summer holidays.
