LITERARY-LOVING pupils and staff at Stratford School were on the same page to mark World Book Day.
The school hosted its annual primary school world book day quiz. After two hours of intense quizzing the joint winners were Thomas Jolyffe and Stratford Primary.
And pupils at the school also participated in ‘sharing a story’ where they heard part of a story in each of their lessons during the day and had to answer questions on it throughout the day.
The staff also got involved with nominating a ‘must-read book’ to one another and all the tutor groups participated in the tutor challenge which included selecting books they would save for the future.
And the English department staff also dressed up as their favourite literary characters, from the Cat in the Hat to Harry Potter.
