A MOTORCYCLIST escaped with minor injuries after being thrown 30 feet from his bike following this crash near Stratford.
It happened around 8.30am on Thursday (November 19) on the Warwick Road at the Wyevale Garden centre junction.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “Crews treated a man in his 40s for a chest injury. The rider was apparently thrown 30 feet from his machine on impact.
“Fortunately he was wearing full protective gear and according to crews was extremely lucky not to have suffered serious injury.
“The patient was immobilised using a neck collar and placed on a stretcher before being taken to the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.”
The man driving the car was unhurt.
