British Motor Museum to reopen

Stratford Editorial 30th Jun, 2020   0

THE BRITISH Motor Museum is reopening its doors.

As part of a phased reopening plan the museum will be open from Saturday (July 4) to Monday (July 6), and then from Friday to Monday in subsequent weeks.

Visitor numbers will be limited to maintain social distancing and booking must be done in advance online.

Annual passes and gift tickets have automatically been extended by four months from their expiry date.

Managing director Jeff Coope said: “We are delighted to be reopening. The team has been working incredibly hard over the past few weeks to ensure we are able to reopen safely and we look forward to welcoming our visitors back so they can enjoy our fabulous collections again.”

Extra measures including safety screens, contactless payment, hand sanitiser stations, social distancing markers and enhanced cleaning regimes are among those to be taken.
