'Modern-day Renaissance woman' and Grammy winner Alicia Keys announces 2020 world tour will include Arena Birmingham

NOT only is soul singer, songwriter and actor Alicia Keys hosting the Grammy Awards and releasing a new book in 2020, she’s touring the world, including Arena Birmingham.

The Grammy winner Alicia Keys has just announced Alicia – The World Tour – her highly anticipated return to the stage and it is set to be “a special multi-media, artistic experience”.

She will be headed to Arena Birmingham (soon to be Utilita Arena Birmingham) on June 8. As well as her new material Keys will be performing classics such as If I Ain’t Got You to Girl on Fire.

It comes fresh off the news that her forthcoming seventh studio album ALICIA is set to be released on March 20, via RCA Records.




Earlier this month the singer, released new single Underdog to critical acclaim.

In 2016 Keys famously launched a million hashtags with her intention to go make-up free.


Described as “a modern-day Renaissance woman” she’s a 15-time Grammy award-winning artist, songwriter, musician, producer, an actor, a New York Times best-selling author, a film, TV and Broadway producer, entrepreneur and feminist activist. Since the release of her monumental 2001 debut album, Songs in A Minor, Keys has sold more than 65 million records.

This weekend Keys will be returning to host the Grammy Awards on Sunday, January 26 and her book More Myself is published on March 31.
