Latest Accessible Stratford guide is released

Stratford Editorial 15th May, 2021   0

AN UPDATED guide showing accessible areas of Stratford has been released.

Elizabeth Dixon, founder of Accessible Stratford – which works to make the town more disability-friendly – has penned the guide with support from Stratford Town Trust.

And while a number of businesses still welcome disabled guests, Elizabeth says the pandemic has led to a smaller edition, but the ‘Accessible Stratford’ website will be updated with the latest changes.

She told the Observer: The ‘My’ Accessible Stratford-upon-Avon guide is smaller in content than previous editions to reflect the town changes due to Covid-19.

“There are headings for many different businesses and organisations with their facilities also listed on my website.”

Printed copies are available in the visitor centre, Shopmobility, library, Town Hall and with the Town Hosts.
