PLANS for the recently-closed Grosvenor Hotel in Stratford have been revealed.
Applicant Piotr Kolodziej has put forward proposals to re-brand the Warwick Road hotel as ‘The Villare Hotel by Kolodziey’.
If plans go ahead the grade II townhouses which form the site will be maintained and painted in a way to highlight their Georgian architecture.
A new sign with illuminated lettering, to be LED back-lit in the evenings, is also included in the plans.
The former Grosvenor Hotel, which was part of the Best Western chain closed a month ago.
