Public consultation to begin on revised scope of Site Allocations Plan

Stratford Editorial 27th Jan, 2018   0

STRATFORD District Council is holding a six-week public consultation on the revised scope of its Site Allocations Plan.

The Site Allocations Plan is one of a number of planning policy documents that, when adopted, will be used by the council to help make decisions on planning applications across the district.

It will also enable residents to know where new development may happen in the future.

The consultation runs until March 9.

Council leader Chris Saint said: “It is important for our policy decision to be informed by the public, so we welcome constructive comments as part of this consultation.”

Visit www.stratford.gov.uk/siteallocations to view the document, which can also be inspected at the council’s Elizabeth House offices in Church Street and at public libraries across the district.
