DACHSHUNDS were out in festive force over Christmas.
Nearly 30 dachshunds – also known as sausage dogs – and owners took part in the annual Christmas Jumper Walk at Ryton Pool.
The group – all members of the Facebook page Warwickshire Dachshunds – meet regularly to walk their dogs together at different locations across the county.
Group founder Sarah Treadwell-Whitlock said: “We have over 300 members and host monthly sausage dogs walks throughout Warwickshire.
“Our online community is also a great place for dachshund owners, and those thinking of homing a dachshund, to share advice, photos and ask questions.”
