STRATFORD-upon-Avon is among the best places to live in the UK – and that’s official.
The town was placed tenth in the annual Halifax quality of life study which looked at a range of factors including health, earnings, crime rates and life expectancy.
Hart in Hampshire topped the list, followed by the Orkney Islands, with Rutland in the East Midlands third.
Neighbouring Rugby was placed 20th.
