DEDICATED staff at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust have been recognised for going the extra mile.
The trust handed out awards to highlight different areas of good practice that has seen the organisation ranked as one of the best performing in the NHS – statistically and according to patient and staff surveys.
Those honoured included nurse Caroline Cody, allied health professional Julie Wilkinson, consultant James Reid, clinical support worker Katie Milner, ward administrator Karen Austin, and team which developed the trust’s DIGIT IT system.
Russell Hardy presented his annual Chairman’s Award to the Trust’s Acute Medical Team for their dedication transforming the way urgent care was delivered to patients.
