Plans submitted for new homes in Long Itchington

Stratford Editorial 20th May, 2017   0

PLANS have been submitted to build 81 homes in Long Itchington.

Developers David Wilson Homes have submitted an application to Stratford District Council to build on land off Stockton Road – where approval was recently given to build 150 other homes.

The developers hope to build a mix of two, three and five bedroom homes, with 28 of them classed as affordable housing.

But residents have raised objections including increased traffic and pressure on school places.

Developers say if the proposals are given the green light they hope to complete building by the end of 2019.
