Ian Hemming wins fast Alcester ten-mile race

STRATFORD’s time trialists continue to produce consistent results after another impressive showing at the 10-mile circuit near Alcester.

Statford Cycling Club use the course for many of their events and always produce fast times with last week’s event proving no different.

Ian Hemming recorded the fastest time in 21 minutes and 41 second to take top spot after cycling at 20.02 miles per hour as the course lived up to its fast reputation.

Just 18 seconds behind was Mick Stallard in a time of 21 minutes and 59 second and he was closely followed by Martin Millington (22.14) in third.
