Stratford on Avon Home & Garden Show

INDOOR and outdoor folk were in their element at the Stratford-upon-Avon Home & Garden Show over the weekend.

The three day show in its new location on the Recreation Ground welcomed about 15,000 people from Friday to Sunday (July 17 to 19).

There were ideas aplenty for those who like to decorate inside, and for those who prefer to dedicate more time outside in the garden.

The Home & Craft marquee offered everything from funky lighting to handmade jewellery, while the Rural and Local Craft marquees showcased the best of British from woodturning to thatching.

Those who like nothing more than to cook up some tasty in the kitchen found inspiration in the Cookery Theatre where chefs such as Feliche Tocchini gave demonstrations using produce from the show’s own food exhibitors.

And for gardeners – serenaded by medieval minstrels – there was everything from plants to sheds.
