AN INJURED pedestrian may hold the key to more information about a two car crash in Stratford.

A Honda Civic and a BMW were involved in a collision on Bridgefoot shortly after 1pm on Thursday March 24. The Honda was then involved in a subsequent collision with two pedestrians.

One of the pedestrians – a woman – was reported by witnesses to have sustained cuts as a result of the crash but left before speaking to officers or being treated by paramedics.

She is believed to have been heading in the direction of Cox’s Yard toward the tramway.

Officers are keen for the woman to come forward and confirm she is safe and well.

They also believe she may have ‘significant information’ about the crash.

The other pedestrian – a man in his forties – did not sustain any injuries.

And police are also keen to speak to the drivers of both cars as neither vehicle stopped at the scene.

The Honda Civic is understood to have left in the direction of Waterside towards Carluccio’s but it is not known in what direction the BMW left.

Anyone who witnessed either incident who has information is asked to call 101.
