RUNNERS laced up for the Shakespeare Marathon and Half Marathon on Sunday.
Hundreds competed in the annual event, organised by Rotary Club of Stratford organised, in what proved near perfect running conditions.
Shakespeare Hospice is the main supported charity, together with Stratford Samaritans, Lifespace and ESH Works, and a number of addition other charities and good causes which also benefit throughout the year.
