Four charged with town centre murder set to enter pleas

FOUR people charged with murder are set to appear in court following the death of a Stratford man.

Tristram Wallace died at the scene after being involved in an incident near the junction of Arden Street and Birmingham Road during the late afternoon on June 22.

Donna Windsor, Tony Jelf, Peter Mallon and Neil Potter are scheduled to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Thursday (September 24) for a plea and case management hearing.

Jelf, 39, of Childs Close, Stratford; Mallon, 41, of Rumer Close, Long Marston; and Potter, 36, of Oakdene Court, Clopton Road, Stratford appeared at Warwick Crown Court for a preliminary hearing in July.




They were joined by Florence Caines, 26 from Kineton Road, Wellesbourne, who was charged with theft.

All four were remanded in custody.


Donna Windsor, age 37 of Betjeman Close, Stratford, was originally charged with attempted theft but appeared at Warwick Crown Court charged with murder earlier this month.

She was also remanded in custody until tomorrow’s hearing.
