Five to appear in court in connection with the death of Stratford man Tristram Wallace

FIVE people are set to appear at Warwick Crown Court in connection with the death of a 36-year-old Stratford man.
Tristram Wallace, who lived in Arden Street, died following a brutal attack in the town in broad daylight on Monday (June 22).
Peter Mallon, 41, of Rumer Close, Long Marston, Neil Potter, 36, of Clopton Road and Tony Jelf, 39, of Childs Close, appeared before magistrates in Leamington on Friday morning (June 26) charged with murder.
Florence Caines, 26, from Kineton Road, Wellesbourne, who has been charged with theft and Donna Windsor, 37, of no fixed abode, who had been charged with attempted theft, also appeared before magistrates.
They were all remanded in custody and are set to appear at Warwick Crown Court on Tuesday (June 30).
Five people were arrested following the incident, which took place in Arden Street around 4.15pm.

Police confirmed a post mortem required further analysis before a cause of death could be determined for Mr Wallace and inquiries into the incident would continue.
