THE DRIVER of a lorry involved in a six-car pile up on the A46 near Stratford has been bailed after appearing before magistrates in Leamington.
Martin Gibson was charged with driving dangerously with an articulated lorry. No plea was entered when he appeared in court today (Wednesday) and he was granted unconditional bail.
Mr Gibson was involved in a smash on the A46 at Bishopton on May 21 this year.
Four people suffered potentially life-threatening injuries in the crash.
Mr Gibson is set to appear at Warwick Crown Court on March 30.
